Easy One-Pan Stir Fry
Sarah cooked one of her favorite recipes over the weekend and wanted to share it. This is an easy yet healthy stir fry that you can have throughout the week to meal prep with. Below is the recipe!
2-3 bell peppers of your choice sliced
1-2 large carrots
1 cup cauliflower chopped
1 cup broccoli chopped
1lb ground turkey cooked and put to the side
1 tbs minced ginger
1 tbsp liquid aminos
½ tbsp sesame seed oil
¼-½ cup rice vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
½ tbsp minced garlic
Rice or Noodles for the base

1. In a large pan, heat your ginger, garlic, liquid aminos, sesame seed oil, rice vinegar, and onion powder.
2. Once the sauce is heated, add in your chopped veggies and saute for 20-25 minutes until veggies are tender but crunchy.
3. About halfway through, add your ground turkey back in.
4. Sarah used sweet potato noodles, but you can use rice instead for the base.
