As we get further along into the winter months, many people have turned to at-home workouts. With Covid-19 still present, many can’t go to a gym or workout classes anymore. But your workouts don’t need to suffer! Staying active is not only important for your physical health but also your mental health as well. Here are some workout ideas to keep you on track this winter.

Many exercises can be done with your own body weight and can still be very effective. Here are my staple exercises that I incorporate into my weekly routine.
